*Completed and signed credit applications may be returned, via fax, (801) 771-6438, scanned and e-mailed to accountsreceivable@wiwmd.org, or delivered to the accounting department at the administrative offices at the landfill, during office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A map to the administrative offices can be found below.

Customers should be aware that credit accounts are subject to deactivation for any of the following reasons:

  1. The account has been inactive for a full year;
  2. Customer transactions fall below $500 per month;
  3. Customers transactions fall below 10 tons per month; and
  4. Customer transactions fall below four (4) loads per month.
